Management of Hydronephrosis in a Kidney Transplant Patient

Abstract

A case of hydronephrosis in a transplanted kidney is described. The condition was corrected at emergency operation performed because of complication during insertion of a nephropyelostomy catheter. A pyeloplastic technique was used to solve the problem.
